Mennonite Women are interested in helping women discover, develop and exercise their gifts within the body of Christ. They support missionary, relief and educational activities at home, in the church, local community and overseas. Mennonite Women meet the first Wednesday of the month in the Fellowship Hall. Projects include quilting (both fine and long-stitch) and knotting comforters. These are either sold at the MCC Relief sale in Kidron in August or distributed through MCC to needy persons. At noon there is a potluck lunch with a devotional following. People are invited to come for an hour or two or stay for the day. Work begins at 9:00 a.m. and wraps up mid-afternoon.
