The purpose of the committee is to maintain a relationship between Post – High School young adults and Oak Grove Mennonite Church. In so doing, the church reaches out to young adults and conveys the church’s desire to listen to youth in a caring way. It aims to keep young adults grounded in the Christian life, to help in the transition from being a recipient in the church to being a leader and a giver in the church at large, and to maintain relationships by socializing and walking with young adults in their life setting. Possible appointments for this committee would include outgoing MYF Sponsors, One-on-One mentors, or others who have built solid relationships with the youth.
